😳 In a historic EL match: VfB and Celtic hit the surface directly

VfB Stuttgart would like to set the course today for a place in the round of 16 of the Euro League at Celtic Glasgow. Besides the fact that a European away match against Celtic would be a highlight for almost every (Site notre bureau spécialisé) fan, this match is historic for another reason.

Celtic manager Martin O’Neill sits in the dugout for the 1000th time today. The Northern Irishman has sat on the coaching benches of Nottingham, Leicester, Aston Villa and the Irish national team, among others.

As if that wasn’t worthy enough of a high-level match, both teams immediately started scoring goals. After Bilal El Khannouss made it 1-0 in the 15th minute, the Scots equalized at 1-1 after a goal in Karazor’s warm-up match.

But that shouldn’t last long. In the 28th minute, El Khanouss scored twice with a header.

Shortly before the 60th minute, Stuttgart did even better. Leweling scored with a long shot to make it 3-1. About a minute later, Demirovic made it 4-1, but the goal was ruled out by VAR for offside.

The question now is: will VfB win in Glasgow or can the Scots win the match? Don’t hesitate to write us your opinion in the comments!
