🤯 After only 19 games: Haaland is already better than CR7!

The fact that Erling Haaland regularly delivers superlatives is nothing new. But today, the Norwegian has outdone himself.

He scored all three goals himself in Manchester City’s easy 3-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers – a hat trick! What is the highlight of a season, perhaps even a career for many professionals, is just another near-normal working day for Haaland.

Because in the 19th league game of the Sky Blues, it was his fourth hat-trick. Never in Premier League history has a player needed so few games to score so many hat-tricks. The old record was held by Ruud van Nistelrooy, who once needed 65 games for four hat-tricks.

Incidentally, Haaland also left behind a certain Cristiano Ronaldo. He played 236 Premier League games but matched « only » three hat-tricks. And unlike the Norwegian, CR7 probably won’t add more.
